Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Payment
1.1 The hire period commences on the first day of the booking and concludes on the final day of the booking. Pick-up and return dates are included within the hire period. As well as shipping and returns.
1.2 No garment will be released, collected, or delivered until payment has been made in full.
2. Try-Ons
2.1 Try-ons are available strictly by appointment only (book via DM's)
2.2 Appointments must be arranged and confirmed in advance.
2.3 Walk-ins are not accepted.
2.4 Clients are welcome to bring one guest to their appointment.
3. Pick-Up & Returns
3.1 Garments must be collected and returned by the hirer unless paid delivery was chosen.
3.2 All garments must be returned by the agreed return date.
3.3 A late fee of $10.00 AUD per day will apply to any garment not returned by the agreed return date.
3.4 Late fees will continue to accrue until the garment is returned.
4. Garment Care
4.1 The hirer agrees to take reasonable care of all garments during the hire period.
4.2 Garments must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, allowing for normal wear associated with reasonable use.
4.3 No alterations, adjustments, repairs, or modifications may be made to any garment without prior written approval.
4.4 Any damage, stains, defects, or issues occurring during the hire period must be reported immediately.
5. Cleaning
5.1 Standard dry cleaning is included in the hire fee.
5.2 The hirer must not attempt to wash, dry clean, repair, or otherwise clean the garment.
5.3 Additional cleaning charges may apply where a garment is returned with excessive staining, odours, pet hair, fake tan marks, makeup stains, or other soiling beyond normal wear.
6. Damage, Loss & Theft
6.1 All garments are inspected and documented before and after each hire period.
6.2 The hirer accepts full responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the garment while it is in their possession.
6.3 Where a garment is damaged and repairable, the hirer must pay the full cost of repair.
6.4 Where a garment is deemed irreparable, lost, stolen, or not returned, the hirer must pay the full retail replacement value of the garment.
6.5 Any unreported damage identified upon return will be deemed to have occurred during the hire period and will remain the responsibility of the hirer.
7. Acceptance of Terms
7.1 By making a booking and submitting payment, the hirer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice
